We collect information related to licensing deals, including deal terms, counterparties, approval workflows, and associated documents. Payment information for escrow transactions is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers.

• With your organization: Members of your organization may see information relevant to shared deals, campaigns, and workflows.
• With deal counterparties: When you enter into a deal, relevant information is shared with the other party as necessary to facilitate the transaction.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for authentication (Clerk), database hosting (Neon), real-time notifications (Ably), analytics (Vercel), and background processing (Trigger.dev). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate the Service.

Deal and transaction records are retained as required by applicable law and for legitimate business purposes (such as audit trails and dispute resolution).
